Q: My travel has been suspended – what happens?
A: If you have booked a trip scheduled to depart between March 16, 2020 and May 30, 2020, you will be provided with a future travel credit for the price paid for your travel and any ancillary services including hotels, pre-paid optional activities, and transfers; but excluding airfare and insurance.
Colombia Eco Travel is not offering refunds on canceled travel by the client within our normal terms and conditions.
Q: My travel is beyond the suspension date – what happens?
A: All trips after May 30 will continue as planned. If you prefer to make changes, contact your travel advisor to discuss modifications and possible charges or credits for your trip.
We will continue to monitor developments and will be in touch with all customers on a priority basis if changes of suspension are decreased or extended.
