For three days we will cross the park from the south to the north; We will walk a total of 40 km, starting in the Quindío department and ending in Caldas or Risaralda.

Each night of this trek is an invitation to connect with the essence of rural families, two places full of particular charm where we will listen to their stories and share the experiences that have marked their lives embraced by the heat of the kitchen where you will try traditional mountain dishes.
